Welcome to this large double room off Allerton Road, close to Pennylane please This is NOT a party house! Strict quite time beteen between 9pm to 9am. Strictly no Smoking in the house. (If you want to smoke you will have to go outside out the back in the courtyard). Shared toilet and Kitchen, Room Only NO communal sitting area. The house is fully furnished with all amenities including shower, cooker, fridge freezer, digital TV etc. Full access to the kitchen oven/ microwave/fridge. For breakfast you are welcome to help yourself to tea, toast cereal with milk and butter in the fridge. Its located just off Penny Lane / Allerton Road close to all amenities, fine restaurants / bars, shops (Tecso, ASDA, and Iceland which are just around the corner) gyms, M62 Motorway and parks. Great place to stay if your visiting the Albert Dock, Echo Arena Convention Centre, Liverpool FC / Everton, Beatle fans, Grand National and many other places in Liverpool. When you book you will receive detailed directions and my phone number so you can contact me if there are any problems. If you are bringing your car there is free on street parking
