Thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for relaxing or socialising, with large windows that frame the coastal scenery. Three comfortable sofas provide ample seating, including one that converts into a sofa bed for an additional guest. A Smart TV with streaming services is perfect for evening entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven, gas hob, and a Nespresso machine. A breakfast bar and dining table provide flexible seating for meals. The spacious master bedroom can be configured as either a super-king or twin, complete with an en-suite shower room and a dressing table that can double as a work desk. The second bedroom features twin beds, and the family bathroom includes a bath with a shower over. This apartment combines comfort, convenience, and stunning views to create a perfect coastal retreat. DISCLAIMER: The third phase of building works at the Breakwaters Development is currently underway, therefore there are ongoing building works on-site, approx. 20-30 meters away from this marketed property.
