Situated in Brighton’s Kemp Town and 5 minutes’ walk to the pier, Colson House offers en suite bedrooms themed around a 20th-century movie icon. Free Wi-Fi access is also available. A TV, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at Colson House. A variety of cafes within a few minutes' walk offer all day breakfast choices. A small front garden is also available, where smoking is permitted.
