Please note the guest must be 25 years or older. A copy of passport or drivers license is required within 24 hours of booking. The property will contact guests with check-in and key collection instructions after the security deposit has been paid. Please note that each bedroom has its own individual keybox and all the unused bedrooms will remain locked, corresponding to the number of bedrooms booked. Guests will be contacted via phone within 24 hours from making the reservation. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Smoking is not permitted throughout the property. This property is now run as a holiday home with sole use of fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge.

House Rules are:

- External footwear off on entry.

- No eating in bedrooms, only in the dining area.

- No visitors.

- No access to back yard apart from to put waste into waste bins.

- Report and damage/breakages so we can rectify.

- Do not bypass any fire/safety equipment, i.e. prop open doors, block fire escapes, etc.

- No excessive/late noise (quiet after 10pm until 8am).

Any booking breaching our the rules will be removed for breach of T&Cs.
