If you are looking for a comfortable home from home then this is the place for you! Contractors and Families alike are enjoying what this well stocked house has to offer. Its location is Ideal for Immingham docks, whilst place of interest like Cleethorpes, Humber bridge, Hull,. Lincoln and York are all a short drive away. Its situated in a quite cul de sac for rest and relaxation yet 5 mins from the supermarkets and various takeaways that will also deliver. Each bedroom is equipped with its own tv for everyone to have their own private space.
I really enjoy just about every aspect of hosting, to getting the place ready for new guests, ensuring the guests have everything they need to allow them to have the best stay possible....to hearing at the end of the stay just how much they have enjoyed the house. I live and work locally so am usually always around if needed. I love my time with my family and reading.
Quiet cul de sac location five mins drive to supermarkets and other stores. Aldi, Tesco, Home Bargains etc. Takeaways/Delivery Chinese , Fish and Chips Pizza's, Kebabs all available Easy access..five minutes to A180 that leads to Grimsby, Cleethorpes or Scunthorpe and Lincoln and Hull and York.
