I am very responsive to the guests since I live close by. I usually respond no later than 5/10 minutes after receiving a message and I am always there for any problems encountered (rarely) and any requirements!

This really is a unique studio flat. It has everything you could every need during your stay from a brand new hob and oven to essential cutlery and kitchenware to enable you to cook up a tasty home-cooked meal. There is an ironing board and iron also provided so your clothes can look their best. The bed is a comfortable double bed. Cleanliness is a top priority and the flat is serviced and cleaned the highest quality to ensure it meets the quality expected by guests of a modern studio flat.

The location is incredibly easy to get to. There is a bus stop near the property offering bus service to and from Leeds City Centre every 10 minutes. By car, just about 1.7 miles,take you no longer than 5 minutes to arrive.This place, situated in LS8 just 5 minuts walk to ST James Hospital. really right at the heart of Leeds being not too far from it's quiet suburban areas of Roundhay and Shadwell and there are a huge number of restaurant and takeaways offering a variety of foods from around the world. For whether you crave a KFC or a bit of Indian home cooked food, this part of Leeds is sure to appeal to anyone.
