This stylish 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet residential street in the Stoke area of Coventry. A spacious house which consists of an open plan living room and dining area with a 55inch smart TV, separate kitchen, laundry area, family bathroom and 3 double bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom includes 50inch smart TV and a study area. To the rear of the property is a additional toilet and a large garden with a seating area.
We are delighted to welcome you to this contemporary Coventry home, catering for holiday makers, contractors and guests travelling on business. We aim to make sure you have the perfect home away from home experience and we strive to make sure your stay is enjoyable and as stress free as possible.
This house is in a perfect location in Coventry, close to the City Centre and a 10 minute walk to Fargo village, 3 minute walk to supermarket, local stores and public transport, including e-bike hire with access to designated bike lanes to City Centre. Close to Coventry University and 5 minute drive to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. Children's park 5 minute walk from property. On street parking available outside the property and an electric car charging spaces in close proximity.
