Lagoon House is designed for contractors working on projects in the local area, but is also suitable for families or other groups looking to enjoy the nearby attractions. The property is superbly located, with HS2 Water Orton and Kingsbury only a 10 minute drive, and Wilnecote station only a short walk for those wanting to quickly nip into Birmingham (15 minute train) or Tamworth (3 minute train). The property is 2.5 km from Drayton Manor Theme Park. Tamworth Castle, hiking and skiing are all available nearby. Birmingham Airport is 18 km away. The property includes a kitchen with a microwave, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle. The lounge includes a wall mounted flat-screen TV and comfortable furniture designed to provide you with cosy feel, allowing you to sink into the space after a long day at work. The utility room has a washer/dryer as well as ample storage space. Each bedroom includes a super-king bed, and is purposely designed to give each guest a unique experience. Two of the bedrooms have en-suites, and the other two share a large main bathroom. Externally, the property has a private driveway, garden and garage. The driveway has space for 2 cars. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture while the garage has a table tennis table, creating a great space to relax whatever the weather!
