City Centre 5 beds 5 baths guest house with communal dining and communal kitchen. Currently we need you to Request to Book - REMEMBER to confirm within 24 hours to complete your booking. This is a City Centre Middlesbrough close to pubs, restaurants and on a main high street opposite the courthouse, well-lit and secure location. The property has secure gated parking at the rear with fits only 1 car or van. Parking is available behind the gate too. Your registration is needed in advance to allow access to the alleyway or rear gated parking. The communal area offers a fully equipped kitchen, communal lounge with TV. Linens and cleaning are to hotel standard. Each room can sleep a couple. Ideal guests are work stays / contractors working up in Middlesbrough.
Experienced in hosting guests for over 6 years now. We welcome you to stay in one of our properties. We strive to make your stay like a home away from home. We have a 3 bed, 3 bath and this 5 bed both in Middlesbrough. Interaction via the site - questions cannot be answered until you have booked due to site restrictions - there will not be anyone available to answer questions from - 4pm until about 1am.
Private secure parking out back for 1 van - or parking behind the gate out back for 2 cars - but registration is required in advance to get permission from Viking Car Park to access the back alley. If you book 4 or 5 rooms you will have the whole house to yourself. If you book 1-3 rooms you may be sharing the communal areas. City Centre, main road, well lit, walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Recent work stay guests have said the accommodation far exceeds their other accommodation in the area.
