Our accommodation is perfect and close to everything when you stay at this centrally located property in Preston. It located near Preston City Centre, UCLAN and the train station and ideal for upto 6 guests. A perfect location for those visiting Preston and surrounding areas for work, relocation, holidays and for contractors. It also situated 17 km from King George's Hall, 28 km from Blackpool Pleasure Beach and 28 km from Winter Gardens Conference Centre. It has recently been renovated and offers 3 comfortable and cosy bedrooms, Wi-Fi, smart TV, free street parking, an equipped kitchen for our guest and has a backyard
