Newly refurbished, bright and airy property ideally located for a North Coast getaway. This clean and comfortable home is situated between the towns of Portrush (3miles) Portstewart and Coleraine. Recently modernised with a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom and 3 bedrooms, 1 with en suite on the 1st floor. A 4th room is available and can be purposed as additional accommodation (cot or floor mattress) or as a storage space/playroom based on the guests requirements.
A comprehensive information pack is available at the property, including important contact information for the host and local emergency contacts. Tourist information and property guidance is available in this pack. The home has recently been modernised with a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living space, downstairs bathroom and 3 bedrooms, 1 with en suite on the 1st floor. A 4th room is available and can be purposed as additional accommodation (cot or floor mattress) or as a storage space/playroom based on the guests requirements. The home is safe with a shared front garden space and an enclosed rear garden. At the rear of the property is a lockable outhouse (more information in other notes section). This home serves as a perfect base to explore the vibrant North Coast. Located a short distance between Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart, it is ideal for golfers, sea-sport enthusiasts or families wanting to experience the local food and entertainment. Within a 20 minute drive is the Giant’s Causeway, Bushmills Distillery and Game of Thrones filming locations such as the ‘Dark Hedges’ and Ballintoy Harbour. Lockable outdoor storage at the rear of the property is suitable for storing golf clubs and water sport equipment. It also provides a hanging area for wetsuits/wet gear and a washing machine facility. The secluded and enclosed garden provides a safe area for children to play and is a space for pets to stay.
