Property information

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The property is located in the heart of market town of Kendal offering the best of both worlds: a) easy access to the lakes (windermere 10 mins away) and b) close to great bars, restaurants and shops. This is a brand new and compact 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The property has an open plan living room & kitchen with the following appliances: Induction, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washer/dryer. The living area includes a 50inch smart TV with Netflix. The flat is on the first floor of the building with a completely private and secure entrance. Security: Please note that we have CCTV camera installed outside the property at the entrance. The property also has a smart and secure lock and guests are given a unique access code for their stay. Parking: Please note that the property does not have a dedicated parking spot, however, there is a secure parking 2 mins walk away and we will provide a permit to use during your stay. The permit will also give you free parking in neighbouring areas including Windermere & Grasmere.
