This house is located in the English coastal town of Lowestoft, described recently in the Daily Telegraph as the new jewel in the Suffolk coastal crown. Situated on the edge of the Norfolk broads; it is the most easterly point of the British Isles. Home to Blue Flag award-winning sandy beaches with historical Victorian seafront gardens, the Royal Plain Fountains, two piers and numerous great independent eateries (recommendations provided!) Amenities are all close to hand, a corner shop and Chinese takeaway are both 1 minutes walk. The high street is nearby with a variety of cafes, takeaways and shops. The beach promenade offers a chance to walk down to other beaches such as Pakefield. Africa alive zoo is 5 miles away and Pleasurewood Hills family theme park is another family option and is only 4 miles away. Lowestoft train station is 1 mile away providing a different transport option for days out to Norwich etc.
