Small but perfect, a cosy self-contained studio annexe. A private space for couples to relax , set in countryside yet within easy drive of beach, Goodwood, South Downs Park, Chichester Cathedral city, Bosham, country pubs, theatre, cinema and restaurants.
Everything you need for your stay included; a well equipped kitchen, tea and coffee including Smeg coffee machine. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, extra blankets, pillows, a fan and iron all provided.
Eco-friendly cleaning products are available for guests, no harsh or toxic chemicals used.

West Wittering, a lovely sandy beach nearby is perfect for the watersports enthusiast. Either an 8 mile drive or cycle the Salterns Way via a 12 mile cycle route to the sand dunes of East Head. Fabulous hill walks are a short drive away at Kingley Vale or in the South Downs. Discover the historical city of Chichester or see a show at the Festival Theatre less than 3 miles away. The Fishbourne Roman Palace is within walking distance as is the train station. The Goodwood Estate is just over 4 miles with exciting horse and car racing events. Guests also love to visit the charming coastal village of Bosham 2 miles away. Lots of lovely country pubs all within a short drive.
