Louise is a teacher and writer. She is often onsite. She lives in the farmhouse with her husband and daughter.

Property information

There is only one shepherd's hut on the farm, situated at the bottom of a long drive, on 45 acres of land. It was bought in March 2023, and is beautifully crafted from wood with a small double bed, breakfast bar, kitchenette and shower room. There is a pinch table and bench outside, and BBQ utencils and outdoor cushions are provided (bring your own disposable BBQ if you wish). The hut has a large window opposite the bed to make the most of the stunning uninterrupted view across fields, as far as Snowdonia. Shrewsbury is approximately 8 miles away. The nearest pubs are 3 miles away in Myddle, Hadnall or Wem.

Neighbourhood information

The Corbet Wpod and Grinshill Hill are a five minute walk from the doorstep! Whitchurch and Shrewsbury are around 8 miles away. Popular local attractions include Hawkstone Park, Shrewsbury Prison, and Ellesmere meres.
