Cosycot is a 168 year old Victorian fisherman's cottage nestled in the heart of the ancient fishing village of Gorran Haven. Just 72 footsteps from a sandy beach protected by a quay, Cosycot has been sympathetically refurbished, offering a beautiful interior with original Victorian features and modern improvements, such as underfloor heating and superfast broadband (30-50Mbps). A detailed guidebook advises secret places to visit and details the property's fascinating history in pictures. With lots of original features, this little 3 storey property has been carefully designed to ensure you have everything you need for a perfect escape.

Gorran Haven beach provides beautifully safe bathing and rock-pooling for all the family.
