Perfect for cyclists and walkers, explore East Sussex from your base on our active small holding, 1 mile from the South Downs and a 20 min drive to the sea. Within 20 min walk of 3 pubs and 2 tea gardens. Several National Trust properties nearby including Bateman's, Nymans and Wakehurst. On National Cycle Route 2, secure bike storage available. 10 min stroll up no through lane to Abbots Wood (Forestry Commission). Lots to see and do in the nearby villages and major towns (Eastbourne, Lewes, Brighton). Secure field for dog exercise.
We live on site with our two children and are available to answer any questions or queries, if needed. However, we will completely respect your privacy and are equally happy to communicate via the app, or message, if preferred. We ask that our quiet times of 11pm to 7am are respected as this is also our family home.
Rural, peaceful setting surrounded by footpaths, byways, bridleways and on the National Cycle Network. Conveniently located just one mile from the A27, 2 miles from the train stations at Polegate (accessible by a multi-use active travel path) and Berwick.
