Your hosts Jane & Mark are committed to providing great stays for their guests in their former family home. The property is conveniently situated between the cities of Bristol & Bath and offers the perfect mix of rural and city life. The property has 4 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suites ,and a downstairs layout offering great living and entertainment area. There is a sofa-bed in the front lounge, which sleeps 2 children or 1 adult Outside there is a large patio area and a generous garden, parking for 4 vehicles with additional spaces available if required. The property has access direct to the footpath leading you to riverside walks towards Bristol or Bath with pubs/restaurants along the way, and many other footpaths and cycle tracks taking you to local beauty spots with food/drink stop offs en-route. During winter months these footpaths are still usable, but will be muddy. Located perfectly between the cities of Bristol and Bath this property offers a wealth of historic visitor attractions such as Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, Bristol Cathedral & the SSE Great Britain in Bristol and the beautiful Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, & Thermae Spa in Bath. Along with many other places to visit such as parks, retail outlets, bars, restaurants and nightlife, offering choices to suit everyone and all a short drive or bus/taxi ride away. Closer to the property there are retail outlets, supermarkets, takeaways and pubs/restaurants all within a 5-minute drive or stroll.
We can recommend some fantastic places to eat and drink in the area. We can provide information on local walks We can arrange a private chef for birthdays and events , this is subject to availability.
Lovely riverside walks, cycle paths, local attractions such as Willsbridge Mill, Bitton Railway, Kelston roundtop, along with convenient access to many sites and attractions in Bristol and Bath. There is a great mixture of entertainment, such as Museums, zoos, heritage attractions, cinemas, leisure centres to suit all the family within a short car journey. Lots of restaurants and take aways near by to suit all tastes.
