A spacious property set on the banks of Loch Voil in the Loch Lomond / Trossachs National Park with the never disappointing views all year round. Enjoy the outdoors or venture off to visit the many historical and or cultural experiences Scotland has to offer. Though Craigruie feels and looks remote, you can easily plan your adventures to head off and return to base within the timescale of a day trip. Please contact me for a special pricing structures. Special Christmas/New Year rates.
An outdoor adventure seeking active person. Any country which provides adventure will be on my bucket list. I am walking distance away so you can ask me as much or as little as you want to.
Please ignore the automatic posting of Cumbernauld airport Craigruie Farmhouse is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from either Edinburgh or Glasgow Airports. You'll find Craigruie Farmhouse with fantastic views over Loch Voil about 4 miles from the main road. Though you certainly will feel like you have arrived in a very remote corner of Scotland you'll be surprised by all there is available within an hours drive. From culture to dining, shopping or sporting activities, it really is impossible to get bored. There would just be to much to list. There is always the option of Taxis though I would strongly advice you have a car at your disposal. Public transport is sporadic.
