Ground Floor: Entry: Ground floor entrance into a welcoming hallway. Living Room: Features a log-burning stove and picturesque views of the Troutbeck Valley. Dining Room: Cosy space with a dining table and stunning views over the garden. Downstairs: Kitchen: Located downstairs, with a small dining table and access to the garden. Utility Room: Includes a washing machine, dryer, and a downstairs WC. First Floor: Super King Bedroom: Spacious room with storage and valley views. Family Bathroom: Modern bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, sink, and WC. Second Floor: Twin Bedroom: Cosy twin room with storage, TV, and beautiful views. Bedroom One: A super king-size bed with ample storage, including a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Bedroom Two: A twin room with chest of drawers, wardrobe, its own TV, and equally charming views. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day of adventure. Modern Bathrooms A stylish family bathroom is located on the first floor, featuring a large walk-in shower, a bath, a basin, WC, a heated towel rail, and an illuminated mirror. Outdoor Space Enjoy the beauty of the Lake District right from your doorstep. The garden offers several levels with seating areas and panoramic views of the Troutbeck Valley. The stream at the border adds to the serene atmosphere, but caution should be taken as it’s not dog-proof. There is also driveway parking available for up to 2 cars.
