Fully renovated character cottage. Formally a grain store. Surrounded by 16 acres of land which goes down to the river Nidd. We have 2 human friendly dogs chickens and geese that wander around. In the back field we have 3 Shetland ponies. Please note the accomadation has One double bedroom with king size bed and a separate single bed with pull out trundle on the landing area next to the main bedroom. accommodation is only suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children from the age of 5 years to 12 years old.
Local convenient store 1 Mile drive in the village of Tockwith. Wetherby Town centre in approx 5 miles away. Great motorway links from A1 / M1
