Crow's Nest is a Penthouse Apartment in the Lower Mill Estate of the Cotswolds Water Park. It is on the 2nd floor with wifi, views from the large balcony over Howell's Mere Lake and has a super king size en suite bedroom and a king size en suite bedroom (both can be twins). Included in the rental is free access to the estate spa, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, gym, tennis courts, etc. Spa treatments, canoe and bike hire can also be booked. The balcony has a bbq, seating and lakeside views. Great wildlife walks from the door.The apartment has a large living area with fully-equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 4, 2 comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player, wood burning stove, Bose stereo system and access on to spacious balcony. This has seating for 4, a barbecue and fabulous views over the lake. There is wifi available throughout the apartment. One bedroom has a super king size bed which can be spilt (on request) to make two 3 foot single beds. There is an en suite bathroom that has a bath with shower over. The other bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This can also be spilt (on request) to make two single beds but will become 2 x 2 foot 6 inch beds which are therefore only suitable for children.

I shall be in touch with you about a week before your arrival to give you directions to the apartment and access details. Entrance to the apartment is by key - you will be supplied with the code of the key storage before your arrival. I will be in touch with you on the first morning of your stay to check that everything is ok for you but you can call or email me at anytime of your stay with questions. The apartment is a half hour drive from junctions 15 and 17 of the M4. There is an allocated parking space for guests just outside the apartment block. The nearest town is Cirencester which is 5 miles away and is a great place for some retail therapy with a unique mix of independently owned shops along with national chains. Cirencester Park forms part of the Bathurst Estate and has been in the Bathurst Family for over 300 years. On the edge of the town, this historic parkland offers a unique landscape, with woodland walks and far reaching views.

The apartment overlooks Howell's Mere lake on the Lower Mill Estate. The estate has a restaurant which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a also a small shop selling essentials. The spa is also 5 minutes from the apartment - this has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, tennis courts, muga court. Spa treatments can also be booked. There is an activity centre on the estate where you can hire bicycles and canoes. There are many great pubs in the area and plenty within walking/cycling distance. The Lower Mill Estate is a lakeside nature reserve comprising of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails. Its woodlands and hedgerows are home to a diverse range of native wildlife. Over 25 species of waterbirds can be seen on the lakes over Winter. Spring brings a huge range of breeding birds including Nightingale, Cuckoo and Cetti’s Warbler. House Martins arrive in April and can be seen nesting on the houses. Walk through wildflower meadows in Summer and marvel at the diversity of brightly coloured damselflies and dragonflies around the lakes. Water voles can be seen on the rivers and otters use the lakes and rivers
