We are a serviced office and apartment company with 23 years of experience. Ensuring our guests enjoy their stay in a relaxed, clean and welcoming environment is our first consideration.

Property information

DBS The Townhouse, offers the choice of booking 1, 2 or all 3 bedrooms. The Master Suite covers the entire top floor with its own en-suite shower room and superking bed. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and are both equipped with a kingsize bed. The Townhouse is situated in the village of Castle Donington with easy access to East Midlands Airport, East Midlands Parkway and the M1 motorway. If it's Donington Race Track you are interested in, we are only 1.5 miles from the entrance! The property can cater for 2-6 people with all the facilities you would expect of a fully furnished home from home. During the warmer months the garden is there to enjoy.

Neighbourhood information

Castle Donington has plenty to offer people staying for a brief or extended time. There are restaurants serving food ranging from Mediterranean to Indian. Public houses serving both food and drink and a couple of bars, all within walking distance. A small supermarket is in the centre with a larger one on the outskirts. Access to Derby, Nottingham and Donington Race Track is made easy if you wish to have a day off from driving with the bus route being straight through the centre of the village..
