Property information

Nestled in the historic market town of Castle Donington, our property is located in a characterful property consisting of 12 apartments. This is apartment 2 on the ground floor of the building, only accessible via a small set of steps outside the main entrance. Whilst the building is full of character and dates back to pre 1900 our apartments are all well maintained and regularly cleaned to a high standard. They are the perfect home away from home whilst you're working, studying or just looking to relax and vist the local area!

Neighbourhood information

Castle Donington is an historic market town in Leicestershire on the border of Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire. Our property is a 1 min walk from the main bus stop with excellent transport links to East Midlands Airport (Approx. 10 mins MAX) Doinington Park Race Track (Approx. 5 mins) and Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. There is a lovely high street in Castle Donington boasting an array or shops, bars, pubs and restaurants so you’re never stuck for somewhere to go and enjoy yourself!
