Please note we are based on a quiet rural small holding we welcome children over the age of 5 .
The main guest booking must be 25 or over .
No parties .
We are a working equestrian small holding please be aware we do have horses and dogs onsite please consider that you are happy to be in an environment with animals .
We respectfully ask all guests do not wander unsupervised onto the stable yard and to please supervise children .
Please note we are not suitable for babies and toddlers and cannot accommodate cots high chairs or prams .
Please note our check in times are between 3pm-6pm and later check in is on request only and subject to availability , please contact us prior to booking to request this as we cannot guarantee late check in once a reservation has been made.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
