Enjoy a relaxing stay with stunning views of the Dee Estuary, perfect for executives, contractors, and leisure guests. For work, the property is ideally located near the Deeside industrial zones and just a short drive to Capenhurst, as well as other locations along the Wirral/Dee Estuary. For leisure, explore local castles rich in history, scenic walks in the Dee Estuary Nature Reserve, and Talacre Beach, just a short drive away. Chester, Wrexham, and Liverpool are also within easy reach. A nearby play park and convenient access to main routes make this an ideal base for both work and exploring North Wales and beyond. The property also offers two private parking spaces for your convenience.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where guests can feel at home, whether they’re here for work or relaxation. I enjoy connecting with people and ensuring they have a comfortable, memorable stay. Outside of hosting, I love g biking, gardening, sailing, and exploring new places. Hosting allows me to share this beautiful home and the surrounding area, while helping guests find a perfect balance of work and leisure.
There are plenty of places to get something to eat in nearby Flint. The property is situated in a quiet estate with a children's play park and basketball court nearby. There are also some nice walks nearby along the estuary or through the fields.
