Welcome to Rutland House – a spacious and recently renovated 4-bedroom townhouse in the prestigious Golden Triangle of central Norwich. Thoughtfully designed with comfort, elegance and eco-consciousness in mind, the house features natural materials throughout and minimal plastic usage. Each bedroom offers ample storage and includes smart TVs. The layout includes: Bedroom 1 – Super King Bed (Zip and Link, can be made into two singles on request), Bedroom 2 – Super King Bed (Zip and Link, can be made into two singles on request), Bedroom 3 – Double Bed, Bedroom 4 – Double Bed. There are two full bathrooms and a WC for convenience. The living room includes a soundbar for a cinematic experience, and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with local produce and essentials. Guests benefit from flexible bed arrangements, free on-site parking with EV charging, and are just two minutes from the shops and cafés of Unthank Road.
