Previously a family home so has retained that cosy feel. A spacious 3 bedroom home with the countryside on your doorstep, yet has great links to both London and the surrounding towns. A master bedroom with en-suite that takes up the entirety of the top floor and 2 further bedrooms all of a good size, are located on the middle floor. The kitchen living room, Gym and access to the walled garden are on the ground floor.
I live round the corner so any problems and I'm on hand.
The property is on Fairfield Park. The map location is correct but Booking's description of Arlesey is incorrect and indeed is the adjoining village! Its a quiet neighbourhood with lots of open spaces, family parks and country side, less than 50 m from the front door. Parking is available both on the secluded, rear driveway and external to the property. Footpaths and cycle lanes adjoin most of the roads within the area.
