Dolphins is a detached 3 bedroom bungalow, Our minimum let is 4 nights, The home it is all on one level so NO STEPS which makes it the ideal choice for the old, young and anyone with mobility issues, We are also wheelchair friendly. We have a large kitchen and family bathroom, the sitting room which has a dining area for 6 adults this area opens out onto a lovely private garden We have a conservatory with views of the garden We have private off road parking for 2 cars and the beach is 100m away at the end of road. Dolphins is well equipped with a modern combi-boiler, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine TV Dvd player and radio Our guests enjoy and comment on the rear garden which faces west it is ideal for rest, relaxation and sun bathing or eating outside during the warm weather, We DO NOT charge extra for electricity and we supply each guest with clean towels and bedding

We have been running our holiday let for many years. We operate on a weekly basis during the main holiday season April to November, Due to cleaning costs our minimum let is 4 Nights Our preferred changeover day is Sunday. We live about 15 minutes away from the home so we are on hand if you need any help during your stay

Dolphins is the ideal base for your holiday on the south coast of England..Named the sunshine coast Eastbourne is noted for its sunny and warm climate We are only an hours drive away from the port of Dover or the international airport at London Gatwick There are plenty of places to visit such as Hastings, Brighton and London but we also have many small villages and activities available to visit a bit closer to home Dolphins is situated in the small fishing village of Pevensey Bay. This is 2 miles away from the top international tourist resort of Eastbourne . A short walk from Dolphins we have a large number of good restaurants, pubs and shops. Just over a mile away we have a large international marina , shopping complex and a 9 hole golf course
