    The location was wonderful for people with dogs especially because the property is right opposite the part of the beach which in the summer is open to dog walking. Also great for runners as it next to the promenade.

Neighbourhood information

This is an area steeped in medieval history 4 miles from the monastic Margam Abbey. 7 miles from Merthyr Mawr and the Norman Ogmore Castle. A castle not to be missed if visiting the stunning Gower beaches or The Mumbles is Oystermouth castle which is on the way to both places. Extreme sports runs through the viens off the area from one off the best surfing beaches in the UK to mountain bike riding Afan valley trails and Tower Zip world. The Brecon Beacons with Pen y fan training ground off the SAS. The 4 Waterfalls walk all in the South Wales area . From the private site where the house is situated it directly enters the promenade there are no roads for children to cross over This promenade leads to restaurants pubs and coffee shops children playgrounds a new splashpark adult outside gym by the sunken farden childrens adventure golf skateboarding park Reel cinema and New lesiure center with softplay and pool also close by Along the way pubs restaurants & coffee shops not to miss Memo beach walk to the other side off the promenade This is an area at the heart off the Welsh soul It still has one off the last bastions off heavy industry in the UK the Port Talbot steelworks 4 miles away stunning photography off this plant at night as time goes on this will no doubt become a point off interest in itself. The people off the area have drama in their heart many famous actors are from this area Richard Burton Anthony Hopkins & Michael Sheen Shopping no better place than Cardiff 35 mins away has all the best shops and the artisan coffee shops in the Victorian aracdes are not to be missed Out off town shopping center just off the M4 is McArthar Glen discounted shops
