Lynne was an excellent host. The homemade scones left in the room for us were much appreciated. The location was ideal, with an excellent pub, The Ship Inn at Axmouth, five minutes walk away.

Perfect for what we needed as a clean, cosy place to stay after a wedding. The homemade shortbread was such a delightful touch which got scoffed immediately. We didn't want or need for anything else as we planned on heading into Lyme Regis for...

Lovely very clean cosy room with a very comfortable bed. Private shower room was spotlessly clean and great shower. Very personable and friendly couple who had left us home made shortbread to have with tea on our arrival Definitely recommend

Spotlessly clean. A small room but an excellent use of space. Great location in Seaton.

Breakfast not included. But very delicious home-made scones on arrival, and also shortbread biscuits. We liked the quiet location, off-road parking, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Host, Lynn, was excellent.

Lovely 4 bedroom house set in a peaceful village less than a mile from the beach. The room is clean and bright with tea and coffee making facilities provided. It also overlooks a very pretty garden with plenty of plants and shrubs.
Alan and I enjoy enjoy walking, travelling and the outdoors generally. I enjoy making crafts out of driftwood, floral arrangements and we also have an allotment where we grow our own fruit and vegetables to encourage healthy eating.
Situated in a quiet peaceful village of Axmouth, the property lies less than a mile from the famous SW coast path, which is very popular with walkers from all ages and abilities, and provides some amazing views of the Jurassic Coast. It boasts 2 wonderful country pubs within a 5 minute walk. The coastal town of Seaton is just a mile down the road, where various cafes provide some delicious breakfast and lunches. The towns of Beer, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are less than a 20 minute drive away.
