    Stayed as part of our honeymoon NC500 trip. The lodge is larger than we thought it would be with a lovely couch to enjoy the view and a little kitchenette. We ordered pizzas with the host which were delicious. There's a small shop in the village...

    The staff were very helpful and happy to give good Information about the area. The view was excellent. The bar was open one night and John was a very good host and prepared a very nice pizza. The pod was everything we expected.

Dunbeath Coastal Retreat manage five cabins on site. The owners enjoys hosting and are easily contactable. Staying guests can order freshly made pizzas and licenced drinks and get them delivered to their cabins.

Property information

A four season, cosy, luxurious and fully insulated cabin to be enjoyed all year round. With breathtaking and inspiring sea views across the Moray Firth and Dunbeath Harbour. The cabin comes complete with en-suite shower room, mini kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with a small freezer, crockery, cutlery and sink. Hotel quality towels, cotton bedding, toiletries, TV and WIFI, are provided. With French doors opening onto a gravelled private area with patio furniture perfect for enjoying a drink while appreciating the fantastic sea view and sea air.

Neighbourhood information

Dunbeath is a historic and picturesque coastal village. The village boasts a castle, beaches, strath, brochs, harbour, post office, heritage centre and local store. Directly on the NC500, John O' Groat to Inverness and Lands End trail. Perfect for a few days getaway.
