The fine print
Please note that the swimming pool, sauna & spa are closed for Swimming Lessons during school term times at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 15:45-18:15
- Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
At other times a single lane may be marked off for lessons but the pool, spa and sauna are open to other guests. Details of Half-Term Lessons are advertised locally at the hotel.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of £150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
