I am the owner of this lovely property and also will be your host at the time of your stay. A quick and thorough home tour will be provided and all important information can be acquired. I will be present throughout your stay just in case of any emergencies or any other matters that may require immediate attention. It is in my best interest to ensure your stay with JXB Homes is efficient and comfortable as possible.

Property information

Welcome to our beautiful holiday home, the property is situated in a very posh and high standard area of Thanet, Palm bay, Cliftonville. You will be welcomed on arrival by our wonderful staff. Through out your stay you will have access to our private lounge if you wish to pay a extra fee on arrival. In our private area you have access to an outdoor smoking area as well as a bigger and better smart TV. London is easily accessible by train with a journey time of 1 hour. The house is located only 500 meters away from the sandy beech, half a mile from Dreamland, Margate town and train station. The bus stop just front of the house -buses pass through Margate train station and Margate town centre, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Birchington, Westgate, and Canterbury town centre. Folkstone, Dover, sandwich are easily approachable. the White Cliffs of Dover is about 45 minutes away via car. Ashford has the biggest shopping centre of Europe which is reachable by local train. Canterbury is packed with history, and the Cathedral is an example of this including the St Augustine abbey. Each room is rented separately, 3 double rooms and 1 single room.

Neighbourhood information

This is a semi detached property, with the beach just down the road. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a noise restriction after 21:00 hours. The neighbourhood consists of shops very local to the home, just on the opposite side of the road you can find them. Further up the road about 100m the main high street starts. Bus stops on either side of the road just seconds away from the property. These buses are very affordable and will take you to the main attractions within the area. The seaside is 100m away, in fact it is so close that you can actually get a view of the sea from the bedroom windows. Margate beach is a 5 minute drive, this would be one of the main attractions within the area and consists of lots of amusements and entertainment which can be enjoyed by the whole family. JETSKI hiring is available at the beach.
