A £50 pre-authorisation per room is required at check-in on your card. Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorisation will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank.
Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.
Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability.
Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
