    The apartment had good facilities and was very comfortable. I loved the added extras on arrival - tea, coffee and milk and it was about a 15-20 mins walk into town. There was a chinese nearby and a convenience store too.

Property information

Property is a great passion of mine and I have refurbished the house as if it was my own. I strive to offer accommodation which is of high quality and making it feel like a home from home at the same time. We are looking to expand the portfolio of holiday lets throughout Newmarket and the surrounding area.

Neighbourhood information

Newmarket is the HQ of horse-racing. You can enjoy a trip to the races in the summer months. During the winter months, the world famous Tattersall`s hosts a number of horse sales from foals and broodmares to classic winning racehorses. The National stud is well worth a visit as well. Local to the property is a pub around the corner (The Cherry Tree) and various convenience stores within a 5 minute walk. Newmarket Leisure centre is also only a 5 minute walk away with many leisure facilities including a 25 metre swimming pool. The town centre is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk away, where you can find a wider variety of restaurants, pubs, and high street shops.
