Quiet detached property with good parking, 15 minutes walk to town centre and tourist attractions. 25 minutes walk.from bus station.Local shop nearby. The bedroom is on the ground floor with access to wc. The private bathroom is on the 1st floor.
I am a retired college lecturer who enjoys welcoming new people to our lovely, historic city. I like to meet my guests in person and am there if needed. Otherwise, I like guests to have their privacy.
A quiet residential area. Spar shop, chinese takeaway, hairdresser and beautician 2 minutes walk away.
