I was born in Cornwall and moved to Newquay about 15 years ago with my (now) husband. We have two little boys, who love growing up around the beaches. We all love Newquay and spend lots of time outdoors, no matter what the weather is! Neighbourhood information

This property is in central Newquay with just a 5 minute walk to Great Western Beach. It's also the right side of town for Lusty Glaze beach, The Barrowfields, Porth & Watergate Bay. That said, Fistral beach is on the other side & only a 1 mile walk away! There is on-street parking or a small pay & display car park to the rear of the property. Edge14 is about 2 minutes to the train station & 10 minutes to the bus station.
