    “New house in new area,close proximity to the airport - 15 min car ride. House was clean, bright, and quiet, and it offered free parking. It's nicely decorated, free of clutter it has 3 bedrooms plus a living room. 3 toilets in total, 2 bathrooms....”

Newly built 3 bedroom end terrace house with beautiful views. Located only 15 minutes from Edinburgh International Airport and close to many other attractions such as Niddry Castle Golf Club, Linlithgow Palace, Livingston Designer Outlet, Edinburgh City Centre, Queensferry Bridge to name just a few! The lounge has French doors opening into Garden views, with free WiFi and free private parking. There is an ensuite available with the main bedroom, along with 2 other bathrooms. The property has fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and washing machine. The kitchen has built in charging ports for iPhone, iPads, laptops etc. Towels and bed linen are featured in the house. Local amenities only minutes away from the property such as Sainsbury's, Argos Pick up point, takeaways and EV charging easily available.
Peaceful neighbourhood with plenty of walking paths and a park nearby.
