Elm Lodge is a delightful wooden lodge, lying close to the village of Greetham in Rutland, East Midlands. This all-ground-floor property offers two bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, with access to a family bathroom, sleeping a total of four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking, an enclosed patio garden with seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Elm Lodge offers an excellent base for a fun-filled break to Rutland. This property cannot accept a Saturday and Sunday check in

Greetham is a rural village resting in the county of Rutland not far from the historic town of Oakham and the fantastic Rutland Water. The village enjoys an active community and is home to a village shop, two pubs and Greetham Valley Golf Club. Oakham boasts a 12th century castle and a 14th century church, with restaurants and pubs to enjoy too. Rutland Water has plenty of activities to try from watersports, to cycling, to fishing and walking.
