This is an en-suite guest room (in a private host home) and it is suitable for individuals on business or work-related trip (or holiday), couples, or anyone in and out about in Manchester or Greater Manchester. Property is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Direct link (via tram, road) to the City. Takes approximately 25 to 30minutes to get to Manchester City.There are also a few mini-shops, restaurants and supermarkets around. Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre is approximately 10/15minutes from the property. Please read the instructions and host rules which you will when you make a booking.
Important note: We do not issue a key to the bedrooms to lodgers [ref: as advised in UK law] Lodger's privacy is respected at ALL times. Nearest landmark: Werneth Primary Care Centre Nearest supermarkets: Tesco, Aldi, ASDA Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Lots of new builds around and easy access to mini-shops and services.
