Our lovely little let offers self catering accomodation ideally situated in the Beautiful village of Birnam a short walk from nearby Dunkeld with its many shops, bars and restaurants. In this recently renovated 2 bedroom maisonette apartment you'll find all you need for a relaxing stay in this warm and inviting space. A wonderful location to explore all beautiful Perthshire has to offer with experienced hosts who would love to help you get the most from your stay.

Welcome to our Lovely Little Let, I and my husband Zander look forward to offering you a beautiful and relaxed space to enjoy all Perthshire has to offer. We live locally with our two little girls and Cavapoo, Lady. We love where we live and are very happy to share our local knowledge with you on your stay. We like to allow guests to enjoy this beautiful space without interruption, however we live locally and are available should we be needed. We are also very happy to advise and recommend on local restaurants, trips and experiences of which there are many wonderful options available locally.

Murthly Terrace is centrally located and is within Highland Perthshire. Birnam is linked across the River Tay by Telford’s historic arched bridge to the cathedral town of Dunkeld a short walk across the bridge where you can enjoy an array of local shops, bars, restaurants, delicatessen's, speciality shops, art galleries, cafes, bakeries and butchers and many outdoor opportunities to explore the Highlands of Scotland. Within Birnam itself there is the Birnam Arts Centre where you can enjoy a nice coffee and snacks in the lovely surroundings of the Beatrix Potter Gardens, you also have the Birnam Village Shop where you can get any essentials. There is also a lovely Chattan Tea Room for something more substantial to eat a short walk from the flat. Birnam also boasts lots of nice walks for our furry friends. Transport links on the A9 make it readily accessible to Dundee, Perth, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness and beyond. The railway station, a six-minute walk, links across Scotland.
