Entire detached family home, recently modernised throughout, set within relaxing large private gardens with hot tub, garden furniture and ample parking on the private drive. Just a short walk to the award winning local beaches and close to the attractions of Scarborough. Fantastic space suitable for families, couples and small groups and well behaved dogs are welcome. The property can sleep 8 guests and there are 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen and utility fully equipped for your self catering needs.

Guests will be greeted upon arrival to be given the keys and to be shown where essential items can be found and how things work. I live on-site but in a detached dwelling, I am available to provide help or advice as much as possible and can always be contacted by phone or text to answer any questions, or in the unlikely event of a problem.
