Property information

This Edwardian home is perfectly located on the Wirral Peninsular, in the seaside town of New Brighton. The establishment caters to groups and families with its large living space, fully refurbished kitchen, dining area, outdoor space and four, full en-suite bedrooms. It offers a home-from-home feel where you can relax and unwind. On street parking is available for multiple cars in the surrounding area. The location is perfect, the house is less than a 5 minute walk down to the promenade that will lead you to the sandy shores of New Brighton beach. Within walking distance you can be in Marine Point or Victoria Quarter, where there are bars and eateries. Being a seaside town we have wonderful amenities on our doorstep, outdoor crazy golf, an indoor soft play centre, an arcade, bowling alley and The Floral Pavilion Theatre. There is fun for all ages! Transport links are excellent, motorway links mean getting to us or getting around couldn't be any easier. The nearest train station is 0.1 miles away, meaning you could be in the heart of Liverpool or Chester exploring the historic cities by day or enjoying the bustling nightlife by night. Our location means you will have links to some of the North West's greatest attractions for example Liverpool FC, Chesire Oaks shopping outlet or the world acclaimed Chester Zoo.

Neighbourhood information

New Brighton is a seaside resort on the Wirral Peninsular. It has sandy beaches which line the Irish Sea and mouth of the Mersey, and the UK's longest promenade. Steeped in heritage and historical points of interest, it is complemented by a leisure and retail facility, Marine Point. A short stroll inland sees a growing base of independent bars, cafes and restaurants on Victoria Road and Victoria Parade.
