Set in 1.5 acres of gardens, Epchris House offers the best of both worlds, a tranquil location in one of Ilfracombe's most beautiful spots, yet close to the town centre and the seafront. The Epchris is the oldest building in the Torrs and dates back to 1831. Carefully restored and sensitively renovated, the house is tastefully appointed, with modern comforts and facilities alongside many beautiful original features. You can enjoy your breakfast outside on the sun terrace or take in the breathtaking scenery of the Wilder valley with a refreshing drink. All of the en suite rooms have flat-screen TVs, DVD players, hairdryers, alarm clock radios and tea/coffee making facilities. Most room have stunning views over Ilfracombe and the valley.
