East Bristol offers the perfect base for commuting to central parts of the city and further into South Gloucestershire as well as neighbouring Bath. Evergreen has excellent transport links right on the doorstep with a bus stop, quite literally, next door. This apartment is well situated within a two-minute walk to leafy Paige Park with an excellent children’s play area. The newly opened, and popular Forge & Fern, a Café, Bar & Restaurant is adjacent and is a highly desirable establishment and offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
