There is an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room which consists of an Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and dining seating.Outside, there is allocated parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with furniture. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 0.8 miles, a pub within 0.7 miles and the coast in 0.1 miles. Neighbourhood information

Axmouth is an attractive village situated close to the seaside town of Seaton in East Devon on the popular stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site. Consisting of pretty stone and thatched cottages, a church and two popular pubs serving food, The Harbour Inn and The Ship, Axmouth is located on the Axe Estuary with bird watching, a golf course and the South West Coastal footpath nearby. A pretty harbour sits where the River Axe meets the sea, with a stone wall and shingle bank providing shelter and making the area popular for fishing, kayaks and paddle-boarders alike. Though there is no village shop in Axmouth, there is a charming café by the harbour for dining out amongst the gentle harbour bustle.
