We think our property is unique due to being in a rural setting with trees and green fields but only 5 min walk to centre of the village. The house is recently renovated installing underfloor heating throughout. The enclosed courtyard makes the property secure for children with a games room to entertain all ages. The indoor dining room comfortable seating everyone at a large polished concrete table. Outdoors in the courtyard we have an outdoor kitchen in the BBQ pavilion with patio heaters, seating, American wood pellet BBQ and wood fired oven. A space for making memories with friends, family or colleagues!!!!!
Myself and Claire grew up in rural farming communities and love all aspects of outdoor activities, wildlife and nature.
We love the west cost of Scotland with the cost a few miles away attracting tourist to the local beach. Ayrshire has a good road/rail network with 30 minutes commute to Glasgow. Lots of well maintained walking paths include The River Ayr Way is Scotland's first source to sea path network. It covers a distance of 44 miles following the River Ayr from its source at Glenbuck Loch.
