A picture postcard, 4-bed, farmhouse set in an idyllic, elevated, peaceful location with views of Cader Idris, nestling amongst acres of pasture and marshland, with a mature woodland backdrop, set in the stunning Mawddach Estuary in The Snowdonia National Park. Close to the seaside town of Barmouth, as well as Dolgellau, miles of stunning coastal & hillside walks await you, the Mawddach Trail, is right opposite!

Just a 15 min drive to the Medieval town of Dolgellau with, big Co-op & Eurospar stores, leisure centre, pubs, cafes, good restaurants (can recommend several) independent shops.
