Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. Felin Iago is a superb base for a family holiday to Wales.

Llanrhystud is a small village resting on the A487 and is part of the Welsh Coastal Path, situated 9 miles away from Aberystwyth. Within the village you will find a pub serving food, a caravan park with a clubhouse and restaurant, a convenience store and Post Office. Within the surrounding area you will find a popular 18 hole golf course, as well as a number of riding schools and a farm park.
